read shisong's sharing that he posted via email. kinda touched by the every word he said.

especially this:
I must do things not for men to see, but for God.

sometimes, it's really very true that what we did is never really noticed by the people who should be noticing it, but, are we supposed to stop serving then since this people cannot see it.

our Lord Jesus Christ took all the cursings, abuse, beatings for the things he did right. he “volunteered” to be rejected and sacrificed himself for the very people that put Him on the cross. wasn’t that even worst than we who weren't being noticed for the good we did?

just like in some cases, people do some particular stuff just to get the attention of people, to be noticed for who he/she isn't. is it supposed to be like that?
this should be what we live for instead.

"volunteering and doing stuff for people is not to earn praise from my peers but it is to live a good testimony for Christ so that people can see Christ in me, so that i could live out my religion and people might believe in Him." [grabbed from his email]

are we constantly having the correct attitude and purpose for the things we're doing, for the life we're living?
we serve, volunteer and live for God, not men.
